What we do...
Inspiring Lives Through the Power of Performing Arts
At SUUBI Fusion Troupe, our programs are designed to empower vulnerable youth, promote cultural heritage, and spark transformation in individuals and communities. Each offering combines creativity, discipline, and social impact, reflecting our belief that art is not just for entertainment—but for healing, education, and change.
01
Dance – Traditional & Contemporary
We teach and perform both Ugandan traditional dances and modern fusion styles, blending heritage with innovation. Dance is our language—a powerful form of expression, storytelling, and cultural preservation. - Performances for local and international audiences - Cultural dance workshops for schools and events - Youth mentorship through structured dance training
02
Music & Drumming
Our music program offers a rich introduction to African drumming, instruments, vocals, and rhythm. Youth are trained to play traditional instruments and develop their musical talents with pride and professionalism. - Live drumming performances - Music therapy sessions - Choir and instrumental training
03
Drama & Educational Theatre
We use theatre as a tool for awareness and advocacy. Through original skits and scripted performances, we address real-life issues like HIV/AIDS, gender equality, domestic violence, and environmental awareness. - School and community drama tours - Theatre for development - Role-play-based workshops
04
Community Outreach & Cultural Awareness
We take our mission beyond our training grounds. Our team performs and leads outreach events in rural areas, schools, churches, and community centers, promoting education, peace, health, and inclusion. - Awareness campaigns (e.g. health, education, peace) - Cultural exhibitions - Collaborations with NGOs, schools, and government bodies
